What do we do here at Playstation Trophy Service? 
Here at Playstation Trophy Service we offer a professional and confidential service that allows you to purchase trophies for your PSN account. We pride ourselves on the professional level of service that we provide and the attention that we give to our customers. Whatever the request may be feel free to contact us and we will do whatever it takes to complete the task set to us. All the trophies we sell are earned legitimately, we never hack or use modified save files. We also only sign into your account at times we have arranged with you beforehand and always fit around your schedule rather than forcing you to fit around ours. 

 

How do I make an enquiry, purchase or payment? 
Please contact us directly via enquiry@playstationtrophyservice.co.uk  to ask any questions you may have or feel free to use the websites contact page. Payment is accepted via PayPal or you can checkout via the website. 

What should I include in my email? 
- Your PSN ID. 
- Your country/region. 
- The games/trophies you are interested in. 
- Whether you have save files for your requested games. 

Are all the trophies you sell legitimate? 
Most services hack trophies but because they can make the time stamps look real they claim the trophies themselves are legitimate. Mistakes are inevitably made though and even if not there are risks involved. Here at PlayStation Trophy Service we are true trophy hunters and completely avoid all forms of hacking. ALL trophies on PS3, Vita, PS4 and PSVR are earned by playing the games as intended. We are possibly the only remaining large trophy service that can truthfully make that claim. We upload the completed save file for each order which should provide the proof you may desire. 

Do I need to own the games I want done? 
No. 

Can you finish off a game I have started or earn me a single trophy? 
Yes. If you don't need all the trophies for a game we will tailor the price accordingly. 

Will you need my sign in details? 
Yes. We suggest to temporarily change your password to something generic for us to use, then change it back once we're done. We advise to keep two factor authentication on to ensure more security of your account, we will email in preperation for you to send us the code.

Do I have to stay offline while you earn my trophies? 
No. If the trophies you have purchased are offline trophies we can earn them without being signed into your account and then sync them once they are done. For any online trophies we make sure to fit around your schedule and never sign in without your permission. 

Does it matter which region/country I am in? 
When it comes to trophies most games have one shared worldwide trophy list. Those with separate lists for certain regions are indicated by the region select feature on each relevant product. Save files are region locked meaning we won't be able to use your save file if you are outside Europe unless you own the game digitally but we can discuss and explain that further via email. 
When it comes to payment all transfers must be in GBP (UK currency) but PayPal will convert it for you. 

Can you upload the save file to my PS Plus cloud when you are done? 
Yes that's no problem. Sometimes region locked saves will come into play here but again this can be discussed and explained via email. 

Do you accept refunds?
In the case that you'd like to request a refund, we can offer up to a 100%* refund determined by the amount of time already invested into your order.

How long will my order take? 
This depends on the length of the game and how busy the service is at the time but we have several experienced and trustworthy hunters fulfilling the orders so they're generally polished off nice and quickly. Most can be started almost straight away. 

How do I know I can trust you with my account? 

Like most service-based purchases, you can't entirely be sure. However, here at PTS we ensure that all information given to us is only distributed to those assisting with completion of order(s) placed, and deleted off of our systems once business is concluded. We strongly advise customers to keep two-factor authentication (2FA) active on their accounts at all times, to guarantee customer peace of mind when ordering through Playstation Trophy Service.
