The Digital Dungeon - December 2024

Hello! This Digital Dungeon will not have gaming news in but more an update on the overall business, and a reflection on the year that has gone by! Much of The Game Awards has been discussed everywhere, and the steam awards alongside that, so we will continue with gaming news in January and instead use this time for us. This year has been a very exciting year for the business. We have continued to grow and harness many clients whom we have developed strong friendships with and continue to utilise our services. I personally, have poured my heart and soul into creating a calm and relaxed environment for clients through emails, discord and the new live chat service. I take customer care very carefully as I believe maintaining a healthy relationship with clients and being more a person then a corporate husk makes everyone feel more welcomed and less tense with the entire process. In addition to this, we have grown the team to help increase our performance with completing orders quicker and taking on more overall. I continue to stream orders (when requested) and also have given means to other colleagues of mine to be able to stream min the future as this is a feature that clients have requested time and time again. Any new way to help the service feel more open is one we will look into and use.

We look forward to another year of PTS. Many new games lined up to release and hopefully with that some memorable and enjoyable platinums. Hope everyone had a great holiday and are refreshed in this new year to help expand their collection of trophies or achievements even more so, whether with the service or alone.
