That's right! It's come to my attention that a lot of our emails end up coming into your spam folder. This can be changed by going into your spam and marking our emails as "not spam". I'm sure if you head into your spam folder and look for Playstation Trophy Service, the only spam you'll be seeing is almost monthly discount deals ranging from 10% up to 25% that last the month! You can be getting your platinum trophies for cheaper and the only thing stopping that is the automation putting the discounts into the spam!

On our end, we have tried rectifying this by going through the procedures our end to verify the business and my own identification, but it also needs you to report it as "not spam" to help it recognise we're not here to do harm; we're here to give discounts!
